i loved this story, despite the fact that the writer makes riley no more intelligent than
a sockpuppet. i'm no fan of riley, but this is a bit much. ignoring that,
the story is shock full of absolutely gorgeous sex, awesome spike-characterization and a
pretty interesting plot to boot. if you're out to read something amazingly sexy,
this is definitely the way to go.

very poignant story, painful to read at times, but well-written and amazing
in so many ways. i think perhaps it went a bit overboard at times, and i had
difficulty buying the characterizations of buffy and the scobies from time to
time, but in this fic, the characterization works even though they are a bit off
from what we're used to on the show. heartily recommend this to anyone who can
handle reading rape fic.
