Challenge 1.
Easter, Passover, or just the coming of Spring... any way you look at it, it's a time to celebrate rebirth and new life.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in a challenge befitting the season: write about Kirk and Spock together in the afterlife.
You may choose to disregard Generations, if it suits your purposes, or embrace the more canon Generations-and-Unification storyline.
We've all read dozens and
dozens of stories about them, and this would provide multiple examples of the
ultimate happy ending--because, seriously, after all they've been through and
the number of times they've saved the world (and the number of times they've
been separated!), they deserve to spend eternity in each other's arms--at least
metaphorically!
Any and all possible afterlife scenarios are allowed, as long as it involves
Kirk/Spock. Art and poetry are accepted as well.

Challenge 2.
Write a story that encompasses the idea of "Before the Dawn". If it's used in a symbolic or literal way does not matter. If you wish to use it as a title for the story, that's fine too. Be aware that it'll be a lot of stories named that if several people use it...
