The Party Poopers of the Fifth and Sixth Wave

There was a new rule introduced in the Fifth Wave of the ClexFest. Everyone who did not come through with a story or a piece of art was warned they would end up on the Party Pooper list.

I was hoping that this would mean nobody would stay onlist without participating. How wrong I was *sigh* So here they are:

And if you are on this list and don't know about this rule - a couple of hints: Read the rules, and don't go "no mail" on the ClexFest list after joining, okay? The list is for participating writers and artists only, which has been very clearly stated in the rules from the very first wave back in ... God knows when. Period.
