To say I needed some humor to negate the seriously needed-Lex-huggage would be a SERIOUS understatement. No spoilers, though. Also, this is told from Chloe's third-person POV. Thanks to Heather for the quick beta and sanity check! 
    Summary: Clark and Lex ask Chloe for some help after getting interrupted one too many times. Only things don't go as planned.

I pretty much had the vision of the beautiful crystal fortress from the movies in my head, rather than the actual comic fortress which is just-well freaky from the description I read, humongous door key, wax museum, giant metal diary, Kandor and all.
    Summary: Clark does not always have the best ideas.

    Notes:   au, pwp, kink, schmoop, crossover.  Hurricane Katrina insisted on appearing, although in a rather flip way.  Please believe me when I say I don't consider the disaster a trivial matter at all and my heart goes out to all those affected. With a nod to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but NOT a song fic.  Third in a series, after "Personal Jesus" and "Viva Las Vegas."
    Summary:  A road trip and an lesson in why teasing the alien is a bad idea.
